I haven't really seen a crossover like this before and I have to say that it was amazing. A sequel would be nice but either way it was still an awesome HP/AR crossover.

If there's one thing I could have used after the exhaustive days with no free time that I've been having lately, it's a good, non-slash story by one of my favorite authors about my two favorite characters. And a Harry Potter crossover to boot! I can say that I certainly wasn't expecting him when I saw 'and one other character to boot'!
If only this had been a bit longer...the possibilities immaginable with the sarcastic wit of both teens...
The parrallels you drew between the two were excellent, though; both Harry and Alex would not want another one hurt instead of them, both try not to hurt others(though it's often inevitible), the same anger they would both react with when told to just walk away (sort of like Alex was) - come to think of it, they're almost half of the same character qualities.
